On behalf of Dream The Change, we express our sincere gratitude for the grant awarded to us by Grassroots charity. We are honored to receive this support, which will be instrumental in advancing our mission to create more opportunities for children with special needs and support their families.
These funds will be directly applied to organise sport activities adapted for the needs of these children allowing us to serve the local community of families with additional needs children by reducing isolation, creating more inclusive spaces for these children, helping them improve their social and communication skills and helping them and parents alike to build friendships . This contribution significantly strengthens our capacity to create positive change in the lives of these families.
