Dream The Change was established to bridge the gap between families from diverse backgrounds who have children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and service providers.

Dream The Change CIC receives funding from The National Lottery Coronavirus Community Support Fund, The National Lottery Community Fund and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
Jemal’s role as a Co-Founder and Director is to coordinate the work of the Community Interest Company “Dream The Change”.
